Before any project begins, we will have map out what it is you would like, and how we can provide this for you. This might be editing your manuscript before you send it to an agent, or taking it through every step from manuscript to finished book.

If it’s an edit, we will look at your work and decide on which of our editors is right for your book. Some of them have specialised in the past on fiction, like Michael. Or there’s Jo, who’s got over a decade of experience with non-fiction, or Sarah Beth, or Shazia or Kerstin.

If it’s design you need, we will work with you to put together a cover brief for the designer. This might be Katie or Megan, Sarah June, or Karen or Heather.

We will know how much everything is going to cost, whether your book might be paperback or hardback, how many copies we will print, and what the most appropriate kind of paper is.

We’ll all know what’s going to happen and when it’s going to happen.

And then, we’ll begin!
